Darlene M. Galayda

As WMGNA’s longest-tenured team member, Darlene Galayda has led Subscriber Relations since 2005, delivering concierge-level service and ensuring strong communication across the firm.

In her role as Vice President of Subscriber Relations, Darlene oversees the department responsible for maintaining WMGNA’s subscriber-first culture. She ensures seamless communication, directs subscriber service strategies, and provides hands-on support that reflects the high standards subscribers have come to expect. Her two decades of dedication have made her a cornerstone of the firm’s culture and success.

A graduate of Marist College with a B.S. in Marketing, Darlene began her career at Allstate Insurance in Farmington, CT, where she developed early expertise in claims processing and customer service. She now lives in West Hartford, Connecticut, and enjoys staying active, diving into a great book and creating meaningful moments with loved ones.
