Stephanie Grubb

Joining WMGNA in 2023, Stephanie Grubb brings her passion for people and detail-oriented approach to subscriber service, helping subscribers stay informed and supported throughout their financial journey.

As Subscriber Relations Manager, Stephanie plays an important role in meeting preparation, account paperwork, and consistent communication, all delivered with WMGNA’s signature concierge-level service. Her approachable style and proactive communication ensure that subscribers feel both valued and confident in their planning process.

Stephanie previously served as Director of Subscriber Services at another wealth management firm and gained additional experience in the hospitality industry. She studied Tourism and Hospitality Management at Central Connecticut State University and continues to bring her strong people-first mindset to her work. Born and raised in Central Connecticut, she now lives locally with her two children. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, board games, and spending time outdoors with her Chocolate Lab, Tucker.
